Page 1 of 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, requires a contractor to provide all labor and materials to replace the Steam Header Valves and replace the Steam Stop Valves at the SVAMC Ann Arbor Campus, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Building 32, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Solicitation Number VA250-17-Q-0895 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 (size standard $7.5 Million). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective January 13, 2017. Quotations shall be received on or before the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Offerors shall submit their quotations through email.
