- Page 1 of 1 The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-17-R-0067 for the following commodity: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to deliver grass seed to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery located St Louis, MO. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, materials, professional guidance & advice for and incident to the delivery of Grass seed 100% Fescue: Cochise III Tall Fescue purity 19.91% germ 90% origin OR: Sidewinder Tall Fescue purity 19.90% germ 90% origin OR: Cortez II Tall Fescue purity 19.72% germ 90% origin OR: Ninja 3 Tall Fescue purity 19.92% germ 90% origin OR: Ares Tall Fescue purity 19.71% germ 90% origin OR: Other crops 1.10% inert matter .75% .01% (or Less) Noxious weed seeds None Found OR EQUAL. Delivery no sooner than Aug 1, and no later than Aug 15, each year. Base 2017 with four (4) option years if exercised through Aug 15, 2021. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 111998. Size standard is $.75 Million. An electronic solicitation is available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on 06/08/2017. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 06/16/2017. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Failure to submit all documentation as required, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
