Attachment 2 - Reps and Certs Document Attachment 1 - Technical Compliance and Pricing Tables Appendix B - NHTSA Trailer Requirements Canine Trailers - Terms and Conditions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSTS02-17-Q-OTD424. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued for a Purchase Order for five (5) twelve (12) stall canine trailers and seven (7) eighteen (18) stall trailers. Only one (1) award will be made. Quoters are requested to review the attached Terms and Conditions document, which is the solicitation document itself, as well as Appendix A (included with the Terms and Conditions document) and Appendix B (included separately from Terms and Conditions document) and solicitation attachments (1) and (2). Please review all documents carefully. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The RFQ is set aside 100% for Small Businesses under NAICS code 336212. List of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure: See the solicitation Attachment (1) Technical Compliance and Pricing Table. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: See the attached Terms and Conditions document. Date of Delivery: See the attached Terms and Conditions document. Place of delivery and performance: See the attached Terms and Conditions document. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition, however no alternative terms and conditions or commercial items outside those specified in the Terms and Conditions document will be considered. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, is not used in this solicitation. Please see the attached Terms and Conditions document for the evaluation procedures to be used. Quoters shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its quote (included as Attachment 2).
