DESCRIPTION: SEE BELOW The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4720-01-443-4008, made IAW a part number. The FSC of this requirement is 4720. An Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order with a contract maximum of $150,000.00 for three years with two option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be a small business set aside acquisition with full & open competition after exclusion of sources. The solicitation will be available on or about 20 July, 2017 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. FOB origin and inspection/acceptance destination is required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
