- Cab shades and Window Cleaning at various Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Facilities in the State of California. The Contractor must be familiar and experienced in the maintenance and cleaning of Air Traffic Control Tower PV-128, Plastic View Shades, and familiar with Solar-Screen manufacturer cleaning specifications for the towers that may have this type of shade. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, suspension, transportation and other items or services necessary to provide complete cab shade cleaning services in accordance with this specification for the following 22 Air Traffic Control Towers (Please see Statement of work). This contract requirement is being set aside for competition amongst small businesses only. Please note that a site visit is not currently being offered.
