- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Maintenance Renewal Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The purpose of this notice is to notify the public of the intent of the DOE Idaho Operations Office to proceed on a single source basis under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of a maintenance agreement for Hewlett Packard hardware and software. The basis for the single source is that the Original Equipment Manufacturer has dictated that its equipment may not be maintained by other sources. The term of the maintenance agreement will be from August 01, 2017 through July 31, 2018.
