- Amendment 02 The contractor shall perform all necessary tasks to completely, accurately, and effectively process all NMEC program management support, financial management, security management support, foreign disclosure, tasking, deployment, logistic, facility management, and executive support. All personnel performing services must have a Top Secret/scl clearance and the company must have a Top secret facility clearance. The SELFF solicitation, HHM402-17-R-0072, was posted on July 10, and then reissued as Amendment 01 on July 12. This Amendment 02 is posted July 20. The soft copy for pricing wil be posted on July 21.
