BID OPENING DATE IS AUGUST 2, 2017 AT 2:00PM (EST) LOCAL TIME. ********************************************************************* Ref: FAR 5.204, FAR 5.207, & FAR 36.213-2 FBO NOTICES HSCG82-17-B-PMV073 – MAJOR M&R RICHMOND HEIGHTS BLDG, CEU MIAMI, FL SYNOPSIS: THIS PRE-SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This project is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for HVAC and interior repairs and to reconfigure the interior spaces in the Civil Engineering Unit Building in Miami, Florida. Work includes but not limited to the following: Relocation of the existing furniture and equipment (including GYM equipment) to accommodate the new work in an offsite area, demolition of interior spaces in the Personnel Support Offices (SPO) area including interior walls, ceiling and flooring, construction of new offices, handicapped toilet room and installation of flooring and ceiling, demolition and reconfiguration of the offices near building Entry to include a new conference room, a new built-in reception desk, reconfiguration of the Business office and Technical Director office, removal of existing flooring and installation of new flooring and wall finishes in the existing Gym, and demolish existing carrier air-cooled chiller and pump then provide a new air-cooled chiller and pump compatible with existing Trane chiller. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2012 code is 236220. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
