Description

VA69D-17-P-5422 Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference FAR 6.302-1. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring a Transmission Electron Microscopy Camera System from Advanced Microscopy Techniques for the William Middleton VA Medical Center located at 2500 Overlook Terrace in Madison, WI 53705. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Advanced Microscopy Techniques 242 W. Cummings Park in Woburn, MA 01801 as a responsible source to provide the above-mentioned equipment. The applicable NAICS Code is 334516 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers and there is no solicitation available. However, all responses received within three days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
