- Revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Shooting range where MSC personnel are capable of shooting the weapons required for MSC's program IAW OPNAV 3591.1 series. MSC will provide the weapons, ammunition and instructional staff needed to conduct this training. Twenty-five 3-day classes from 1 August 2017- 29 March 2018.
