- The Nebraska National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide janitorial services for the Supervisor's Office/Pine Ridge Ranger District, Dawes County, Chadron, NE. The office consists of two buildings with approximately 14,500 square feet of floor area. Approximately 13,275 square feet is carpeted and approximately 1,225 square feet is tile or linoleum. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through May 31, 2018. This is a base year contract with three option years. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contracts must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
