- The Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific intends to award a firm-fixed price, commercial contract for preventive maintenance and repair services at Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH) and it's outlying clinics, USAMEDDAC-K, Yongsan, Seoul, Republic of Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 September 2017 through 28 February 2018 (6-month) Base Period and four (4) 1-year Option Periods. This is a requirement is to provide maintenance and repair services for the government-owned DATEX-OHMEDA, Anesthesia Units at Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH)/121st CSH and all outlying clinics: 106th Vet Clinic (VC) Yongsan, Yongsan Dental Clinic#3, Camp Red Cloud VC, Osan AB VC, Camp Humphreys VC, and Camp Walker VC. The scope of the requirement includes, but is not limited to: 1. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, material, and travel, to maintain and/or repair the equipment in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer's (MFR's) specifications. 2. The contractor shall provide trained personnel for on-site support, to include labor, travel, tools, hardware, firmware, materials, supplies, parts and test, measurement, & diagnostic equipment (TMDE) necessary to perform all operations in connection with scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and/or calibration (CAL) procedures as well as unscheduled repair visits as needed in order to maintain the listed equipment and/or its components if any, in a fully functional state, in accordance with (IAW) the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. 3. Any software updates provided by the OEM for covered equipment that enhances equipment functions and operations without hardware changes shall be installed. 4. All equipment must be in compliance with Joint Commission (JC), HIPAA and the NFPA 99 Standard for Health Care Facilities. All vendors providing proposals to the Federal Government are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registry with NAICS code 811219. The proposed acquisition will be unrestricted. This solicitation package will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) on or about 7 August 2017. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
