- Page 2 of 2 DESCRIPTION: The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 2 Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the items listed below for delivery to Manhattan & Brooklynx NY locations. DESCRIPTION: Bio Fire Film Array 2.0 The Product Code is 6625, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies; the NAICS codes appropriate for this solicitation is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. All responsible SDVOSB and / or VOSB sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ via email to: jacquline.lewis@va.gov. Emails must contain the subject line: FilmArray to be considered. A solicitation package VA242-17-Q-0916 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about July 21, 2017, and will close on July 28, 2017 (0900 Eastern time) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. Product specifications will be contained within the RFQ along with other additional requirements for RFQ response This will be posted as a SDVOSB/VOSB set-aside. Vendors submitting bids must be registered in SAM.gov and Vetbiz.gov Do not bid on items you cannot supply by date needed. VENDORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK AND/OR CAN PROVIDE ITEM QUOTED.
