Description

The Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS), located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, TX 79106, intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price award for the purchase of a twenty (20) Alaris IV Pump Modules, number 8100, equipped with Guardrails Point of Care Software. The acquisition will take place under the authority of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies and Services. Specifications: Twenty (20) Alaris IV Pump Modules, number 8100. Equipped with Guardrails Point of Care Software. Must be compatible with Alaris equipment manufactured by Becton Dickinson, & Co., DBA: Carefusion. Grey Market or used/refurbished items will not be accepted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112 Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. Any firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this equipment must notify the Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 p.m. EST (3:00 p.m. CST), 07/25/2017. Such notification must include any documentation that includes certifications (indicate small business status) and description of product. Notification shall be faxed to Jessica Roman, Contract Specialist, fax: 432-517-4586. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses received will be evaluated, however; a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. To be considered as SDVOSB/VOSB firms must be verified by the VetBiz.gov registration site. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.
