- List of NSNs No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct any communication to Phanicia Montgomery, Contract Specialist, via email phanicia.montgomery@dla.mil This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic/sole source contract which will include multiple NSNs. This notice is to amend the original synopsis to add two additional parts to support the Patriot Missile weapon systems. A total of three NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that these NSNs will be priced for long term contract SPRBL1-15-D-0017. The proposed sole source action will be issued to Raytheon Company, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE): 05716 and is intended to be on a sole source basis as supported by a J&A IAW FAR 6.302-1 " Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Items provided by the following Raytheon CAGE Codes are covered by this acquisition: 18876; 55717; 05716; 15090; 37695; 96214; 072E5; 2M191; 38150; 4U884; 7Y193; 00724; 06845; 49956; 5D832; and 9F358. This item is being added to contract SPRBL1-15-D-0017, awarded to Raytheon Cage: 49956 in accordance with the originally approved J&A. However, the NSNs identified here were not included in the list of original items synopsized for this effort. The contract requires supply of parts, as well as other functions including but not limited to inventory management, forecasting, distribution, storage, reliability improvements, engineering maintenance and design control affecting these parts.
