This is a Draft Solicitation for N61340-17-R-0040. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement to procure Industrial Engineering Services (IES) for the Industrial Production Planning Division (IPPD) at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRC-Southeast) on the Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Florida and its remote sites Naval Station (NS) Mayport, Florida and Naval Air Station (NAS) Cecil Commerce Field, Florida.
