- Description
- The Government requires resources to implement NGW Initiatives and Events while working the implementation of DOTMLPF recommendations into the various development processes, such as the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Development, Total Army Analysis, Doctrine and Training Development, and SPAR. These studies and events will examine high threat Theaters of Operations and targeted subject matter pertaining to the SOUTHCOM, USPACOM, CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM and NORTHCOM AOR for updating capabilities and conditions to include implications to Army future force development, with emphasis on how operating organizations and threat forces and their proxies employ disruptive techniques and technologies in the conduct of New Generation Warfare. A team of highly qualified individuals is needed to maintain the momentum of these efforts and provide continuity on future efforts. Studies and events shall be scalable to accommodate various size requirements, briefings, and reports to deliver information on past, current, and future operations.
