- The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Pacific Northwest Region, Yakima Field Office (YFO) has a need for construction services to replace the metal roof on the YFO annex building. This requirement will include: A) Remove and dispose of metal roof panels and associated trim, to include gutters; B) Remove and dispose of all roof insulation; C) Install metal roof panels and associated trim, to include gutters and ice stops; and D) Install roof insulation. Overall building dimensions are approximately 102 feet by 107 feet. Roof pitch is 2/12. It is expected the period of performance (POP) will be three weeks.
