- SOW Ladies and Gentlemen, The Illinois Army National Guard is requesting quotes to provide conference space for an upcoming Yellow Ribbon Mobilization Event for the 3637th Mobilization Company from 08‐09 September 2017. All of the details for this opportunity can be found in the attached statement of work. Additionally please provide your quotes in accordance with the line items addressed in the attached combined synopsis solicitation. Do not include lodging in your quotes because this will be a separate purchase due to the fact that an overnight stay is not required for the soldiers. Basis of Award: The award will be determined based on the lowest price that meets all of the specifications listed in the statement of work. You must be SAM registered at the time of award in order to be considered for this opportunity. If you are already SAM registered please include your CAGE CODE with your quote. The desired location for this event is in Springfield, IL, but we will entertain options in the surrounding area if all of the specifications can clearly be met by the proposed venue.
