- Description
- 1) Code Peer Software (3 years) (Quantity - 1 lot) The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open comptition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to AdaCore, 150 W. 30th Street, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10001-4091 due to unique capability. It is capable of scanning ADA code developed in any IDE/Compiler or vendor and is compatible with current hardware and software. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be submitted by e-mail to susan.wigfield@navy.mil or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 no later than 5 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
