- 17Q0108_sol N0016417Q0108 - COMPETITIVE - GEAR SETS - FSC 3020 - NAICS 333612 Issue Date 20 JULY 2017 - Closing Date 4 AUG 2017 - Time 10:00 A.M. EST This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N0016417Q0108 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. THIS ACTION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following: CLIN 0001 - P/N 177308 - Worm Gears - QTY: 20 each CLIN 0002 - P/N 177277 - Spiral Bevel Gear Set - QTY: 20 each CLIN 0003 - Option #1 - P/N 177308 - Worm Gears - QTY: 18 each, period of effective date of award through 2 years (24 months). CLIN 0004 - Option #2 - P/N 177277 - Spiral Bevel Gear Set - QTY: 18 each, period of effective date of award through 2 years (24 months). CLIN 0005 - DATA DELIVERABLES, CDRL A001 - Certificate of Compliance IAW Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A001. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is August 18, 2017. Quoters, prior to submitting a quote, carefully review ALL sections and fill in all blanks. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted via FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation.
