- Page 1 of 1 Notice of Intent to Sole Source OCE17-2 Research and Recognition Project Training FBO Notice: NA701-17-N-0200 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends enter into a contract with Research and Recognition Project (RRP); to provide Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) psychotherapy training to VHA mental health caregivers. This service includes Training, training materials, and followup meetings with providers. The Research and recognition project training is innovative and unique to the industry. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611430. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses to this notice are due on or before July 31, 2017 at 10:00 AM ET by email to William.henkel@va.gov or Andrea.Fink@va.gov.
