- The Denver Acquisition & Logistics Center (DALC) is requesting a quote for 1,000 wide base digital floor scales. This is a one-time purchase. This one-time purchase is set aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs awarded a contract from the Department of Veterans affairs must be registered in VetBiz. At this time only quotes received from SDVOSBs will be considered. Delivery is required 10 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO) to the VA Denver Acquisition & Logistics Center, Attn: Warehouse, 555 Corporate Circle, Golden, CO 80401. Quotes must be received by 1159pm MST on Thursday July 27, 2017. Award of this One-time purchase is not a continuing contract and does not guarantee any future award. These wide base digital floor scales are needed for the DALC in support of the VA TeleHealth Program. This type of scale and specifications have been authorized and approved by the TeleHealth Program Office. Products must meet the specifications listed below or they will not be considered. Specifications for the required scales are as listed below: Digital display Weight in Pounds Capacity 440lbs Battery operated (prefer AA or AAA) will accept 3v (2032) Low Profile Platform Non-Slip Surface Platform size (wide base) at least 17 width Scan Capable Serial number label on outside of packaging Products that comply with the Buy American Act preferred
