Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE For 3.0 FTE Medical Technologist Services for Northern Indiana VAMC The Network 10 Contracting Office, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr., STE M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, is soliciting an RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about 21 July 2017 - and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 3.0 FTE Medical Technologist Services for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, 2121 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46806, NAICS Code 561320, size standard $27.5 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. **THIS IS A TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SDVOSB**. The Contractor shall provide 3.0 FTE Medical Technologists to provide Medical Technologist Services for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the VANIHCS. The period of performance is 12 months after date of Award with one (1) 12 month option period, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
