Description

LIMITED SOURCE The Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to DULCOS Corporation Doing business as Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding, 1 Riverside Ave, Somerset, MA 02725-2842 for the following; • Five (5) Shipsets Windows for the 64 SEV2 to include crating and shipping. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price. An award notice will be publicized. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received by 12:00PM (EST) on 04 Aug 17 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement
