- SOURCES SOUGHT KRAMER EXIT SUBSCRIPTION VA246-16-Q-1597 483-18-1-6405-0001 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) on behalf of Durham VA Medical Center is conducting Market Research through this Sources Sought notice seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Small Business (SB) for Krames Exit Writer Subscription. The Krames Exit Subscription is needed to provide Emergency Department Clinicians Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care Discharge Instructions in 5 languages written in plain language. Provide a current reference source exclusively targeted to unique ED needs for customized patient education. This subscription period will be October 1, 2017 thru September 30, 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 518210 and the Classification code is D317. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. Interested parties should reference VA246-17-Q-1597 and submit with their response the following information: Company information including point of contact; DUN#; business size and economic category (example: SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, SB). If any interested party has an FSS contract - please include the Contract number and indicate whether the service or equipment is on the contract. This Sources Sought announcement is not a request for proposals and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
