(i) In accordance with FAR Part 13, this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tallahassee Health Care Center has a need to procure Cubicle Curtains, this is a SDVOSB Set-Aside (ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is VA248-17-Q-1188. It s issued as a Request for Quotation. (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95 (01-19-2017). (iv) The combined synopsis solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS is 314120. Business size standard is 750 employees. Note, Interested Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business [SDVOSB/VOSB] Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. (v) This combined synopsis solicitation is for the purchase of Cubicle Curtains, Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submission. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. (vi) A description of the items to be acquired, and/or applicable Government need(s) as follows: Cubicle Curtains Mesh 66x90, Carriers with Grid Springs, Installation. (vii) The equipment is to be delivered on or before September 11th, 2017, FOB destination to Department of Veterans Affairs, Tallahassee Health Care Center, 2181 Orange Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 323111 (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial (Oct 2015), applies to this acquisition. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items: (a)Offerors are to e-mail complete quotes/proposals to Victor.Mercado@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on August 4th, 2017.
