- DRAFT Performance Work Statement Pre-Solicitation Conference Registration List Questions and Answers from Pre-Solicitation Conference Pre-Solicitation Conference Slides HRSITPMO Special Notice Amendment: OPM3217N0009-0001 The purpose of this amendment to Special Notice #OPM3217N0009 is to provide: 1.Slides from Industry Day, 2.Questions and Answers from Industry Day, 3.Conference Registration List, and 4.DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) Document See attached documents. NOTE: Feedback on the DRAFT PWS will be accepted until 1:00 Eastern Time on July 31, 2017. This is to aid the Government in clarifying the requirement. The Government WILL NOT respond to any questions at this stage and no responses will be published. Your input, however, is appreciated. <END OF AMENDMENT> Purpose and Objective: This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotations. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract, nor do they affect a potential offeror's ability to respond to any future synopsis/solicitation, which may or may not follow or restrict the U.S. Government's eventual acquisition approach. Additionally, the U.S. Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this notice.
