- Amendment Four 22 Jun 17: Amendment one is posted to provide answers to vendor questions and extend the response date/time to 29 Jun 17/3:00 PM (EST). 30 Jun 17: Amendment two is posted to extend the response date/time to 7 July 2017/12:00 PM (EST). 18 July 17: Amendment three is posted due to incorrect quantities being listed in CLINs 0004 and 0005. Response date/time is now 21 July 17, 12:00 PM (EST). 20 July 17: Amendment four is posted due to CLIN 0008 being removed, unit no longer requires CEH vouchers. Response date/time is now 25 July 17, 12:00 PM (EST). Official Solicitation : Marine Corps Base (MCB), Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for test vouchers. The Government will solicit (M67001-17-Q-1187) and award this contract using FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to award the quoter who represents the Lowest Priced Technically acceptable offer to the Government. Award will be issued on a firm fixed price contract on an all or none basis. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611710. The request for quotation (RFQ) documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2005-95, effective 13 January 2017 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 201611222, effective 22 December 2016. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Quoters will also agree to implement the web-based software application Inventory, Receipt Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) at: https://wawf.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/home/login.xhtml. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer for consideration.
