- Cover Letter Please Read Uninterruptible Power Supply System; Installation & Removal, and extended warranty option The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Uninterrupted Power Supply System. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this requirement is 221122. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Delivery is required by August 15, 2017. All offerors must be registered in SAM at http://www.sam.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the On Line Representation and Certification Applications (SAM) at http://www/sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer July 24, 2017, with a due date of July 31, 2017, 2:00 p.m., Pacific Time. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be made available. The site provides downloading instructions.
