- W91YTZ-17-T-0317 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Contracting Cell, Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for Fetal Blood Screening Test Kits, Complement Control Cells, and A2 cells reagents approved by the FDA for the Blood Bank, at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
