- Procurement is for the purchase of additional InterAct E-911 Emergency Response system components; maintenance and sustainment support; and professional services (labor). THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to award a firm-fixed priced, sole source award to E-9 Corporation, a registered service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). This firm is the original and sole distributor authorized to provide installation, maintenance and software updates for the existing InterAct E-911 Emergency Response system. There are no authorized resellers capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement at this time. Procurement is for the purchase of additional InterAct E-911 Emergency Response system components; maintenance and sustainment support; and professional services (labor). The solicitation will include a base year, plus two (2) one-year options. The solicitation number is W56ZTN-17-R-0013. The performance work statement (PWS) is included. Interested business concerns may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice no later than 5:00pm EST, 4 August 2017. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence of the ability to satisfy requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchased order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 511210 - Software Publishers; and the size standard is $38.5 million. Important Notice: Vendors are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Vendors must be registered under the NAICS code 511210. Registration in the SAM database can be accomplished at the website http://https://www.sam.gov.
