- Requirements: Sierra Army Depot has a requirement to provide and install a Welding Shop Fume Extraction System. Set Asides: This procurement is for a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 15. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is 28 July 2017 and closes 29 August 2017 at 11:00 AM Local Time, Herlong, CA. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Site Visit: A site visit has been tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 15 August 2017 at 10:00 AM Local Time, Herlong, CA. Submit visitor request form to Pass and ID in accordance with the solicitation. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted via email to matthew.m.webb.mil@mail.mil and tamara.a.gage.civ@mail.mil. No telephone questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted within 7 days of the closure date, Tuesday, 22 August 2017, at 5 PM Local Time, Herlong, CA. Notifications: Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation.
