- CLIN Descriptions Limited-Source Justification The Office of FirstNet negotiated a sole source contract for Xerox Printer Lease and Maintenance to Cartridge Technologies, Inc, P.O. Box 9136, Gaithersburg, MD 20898. FirstNet has a requirement to add three Multi-Function Printers to maintain office productivity. FirstNet currently has a lease for 12 printers that was awarded by DOI and cannot be altered. FirstNet co-termed this contract with the existing printer lease contract. This action resulted in a Firm Fix Priced contract for two (2) years with a 11 month Base Year and a One Year Option Year as follows: Base Year: July 10, 2017 to June 09, 2018 Option Year 1: June 10, 2018 to June 09, 2019 The NAICS code is 333293 and a size standard of 750 employees. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. The point of contact is Mr. Andrew Greenfield, Contract Officer, e-mail: Andrew.Greenfield@FirstNet.gov Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Andrew Greenfield at Andrew.Greenfield@FirstNet.gov. All responses must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, August 03, 2017, and will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
