- CORRECTION IN REFERENCE TO SECTION A: SOLICITATION CONTRACT FORM. This requirement is competitive procurement accepting offers from the OEM, authorized distributor, and third party resellers. Offers from "third party resellers" will be accepted PROVIDING the material is acquired through proper channels with FULL TRACEABILITY to the OEM. All warranties must remain the same with no exceptions. This information will be verified and supporting document will be requested before any award is made.
