- Janitorial Services at the Air Route Traffic Control Center and Child Care Facility, at 512 Division St., Farmington, MN 55024. The complete Statement of Work (SOW) for the required services is attached under Attachment J-1. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $18.0 million for a small business concern. Therefore, a small business concern must average less than $18.0 million in gross receipts for the last three calendar years. The period of performance is for one base period to run from October 2017 thru March 2018 with 4 option years. INTERESTED FIRMS MUST HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED SIMILAR PROJECTS IN THE SCOPE OF WORK Contractors must submit their interest in obtaining a solicitation package for subject project in writing, via email to include the firm ™s name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address and point of contact. Submit your request to the attention of Peggy Duncan, email address “ peggy.ctr.duncan@faa.gov The submission of the above information must be received by the due date to be eligible to receive the solicitation package for subject services. Submission are due by 01-Aug-2017 at 2:00 pm, Central time.
