- Description
- Repairs of various T-20 and T-21 engine test stands, adapter kits, and ID&C as well as supporting the relocation and commissioning of test stands as required due to relocation. Some ID&C repairs may include software changes that are driven by requirements. The contractor shall provide a phone based technical support to trouble shoot and/or resolve the field user's issue(s) to the maximum extent possible. If the issue(s) cannot be resolved through phone support, the contractor shall submit a defining of the required repairs to the Program Office and Contracting Officer for approval before initiating the repairs/follow-on actions. Further discription is available in the attached Performance Work Statement Revision 11. Many parts of the T-20 and T-21 engine test stands are propreitary and the US Government does not own or have access to the data rights to comepte this requirement thus it is the intent of the US Government to procure these services from the OEM of the propreitary data, ATEC, Inc.
