- This is a notice of intent that the WR-ALC anticipates a Firm Fixed Price modification to contract FA8522-15-D-0012 which will support repair of the C-5 Backup Integrated Processor. National Stock Number (NSN): 5895-01-527-5185UC Part Number (P/N) 8344400G004. Period III consists of a repair BEQ qty of 9; Option Period IV consists of a repair BEQ qty of 9; Option Period V consists of a repair BEQ qty of 9. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open Competition. This acquisition is restricted to the following sources: BAE Systems Science & Technology Inc. (CAGE:19397) The supplies or services are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
