- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Epsilon System Solutions of San Diego, CA for the procurement of thirty-three (33) 10.4" Liquid Crystal Panel Mount Displays manufacturers P/N 1001122-100, Model REP-10LED-PM for the CVN 68 class of ships to support the Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance (ILARTS) system, Aircraft Launch and Recovery Visual Landing Aids program. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. The NAVAIR Office of Small Business Programs concurs. The NAICS code is 334118. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not possess rights to the data to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
