- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply 10,000 gallons of Winter Mix (40% #1, 60% #2) Off-Road (dyed) Diesel Fuel to the USACE Crane Barge Leonard at the USACE Fountain City Service Base. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel blends will be accepted. Full Fuel Quantity shall be delivered on July 31, 2017, beginning at 8:00 AM. Fuel delivery may be by either tractor trailer or straight truck (tank wago). The fuel hose connection is a 3" cam-lock fitting or fuel nozzle. The transport trucks shall be responsible for all transport truck activities, and have proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. Quotes must include unit (per gallon) pricing. Offeror shall be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
