- Drawings Drawings Questions and Answers for 12547A I was reviewing the Original Synopsis for this opportunity and I have some questions: 1. On Page 1 that Unit Substation B-USSHV1 has (15) Square Type D Breakers, while on Page 2 you list this substation as having (10) of the Square D Type DS. Conversely, the information is also transposed for Unit Substation B-USSLV01. Which listing is correct, Page 1 or 2? Answer: B-USSHV1 and USSLV1 are separate gear, made clear by the 1 line drawings attached. 2. Page 2, Section B says that "All switching of electrical power such as engaging tie breakers and racking out breakers will be the responsibility of the vendor". Is this correct: Answer: Yes that is correct. However Facility personnel will be available for questions. 3. Can you provide one-line diagrams for the Main Electric Room and Building H electrical equipment that is to be tested? Answer: Yes. 4. What is the Kv rating for the Liquid Filled Transformers? Answer: T1, T2 are 2500 KVA 23KV to 480 /277 VAC T3, T4 are 1000 KVA 23 KV to 208 /120 VAC T5, T6 are 1000 KVA 23KV to 480 /277 VAC 5. What about testing of the relays? Answer: Not noted in Statement of Work. 6. When was the last Arc Flash Study done on this equipment and can you supply the documentation? Answer: The last report received was June 2012 - Documentation can be supplied to the successful bidder on site.
