- Source Sought This is a Source Sought notice. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. This Source Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified Buy-Indian owed business concerns prior to issuing a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded for this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by e-mail response. No presentation will be scheduled. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility I.HS.
