- 80NSSC17Q0138 RFQ Specifications for Turbo and Scroll Pumping System Turbomolecular High Vacuum Pump (Qty.= 1) must meet or exceed: 1. Oil-free magnetically-levitated bearing system with ability to operate in any mounting orientation 2. Nominal 1000 liter per second pumping speed 3. 10 inch diameter conflat (CF) inlet vacuum flange 4. Inlet screen to protect pump from damage due to debris or tools falling into the top of the pump 5. Standby mode option for reduced speed operation 6. Ultimate pressure rating <1E-10 Torr 7. Maximum foreline pressure rating of 3.0 Torr (Nitrogen) 8. Foreline flange NW40 Kwik Flange 9. Purge or vent port in body of pump with NW16 Kwik Flange (o-ring and blank flange and clamp included) 10. Water cooled 11. Water cooling connector kit included to allow connection to flexible tubing 12. Integrated pump controller with cabling to interface to pump 13. Controller must mount to pump body (all required brackets included) 14. Electrical power: Single phase 120 VAC 60 Hz 15. Power cable included with minimum length of 8 feet (2.5 meters) 16. Serial interface to controller to allow changing pump operating points and monitor pump parameters including temperature, rotation speed, and operating hours 17. Leybold MAG W 1300 iP with integrated controller or equivalent Scroll Pump (Qty.= 2) must meet or exceed: 1. Scroll style pump with nominal pumping speed of 36 cubic meters/hour (21.2 cubic feet/minute) 2. Oil free pump chamber 3. NW40 Kwik Flange for inlet connection 4. Screen on inlet to protect pump 5. Capable of operation with purge gas 6. Ultimate pressure less than 10 milli-Torr 7. Operates using 115 VAC, 60 Hz, single phase power 8. Leybold Scrollvac SC 30 D or equivalent Isolation Valve (Qty.= 2) must meet or exceed: 1. Right angle valve which opens when power is applied and closes when power is removed 2. Stainless steel or aluminum body construction 3. NW40 Kwik Flange (on each connection) 4. Spring-to-close operation 5. Edge-welded bellows and valve seat 6. Helium leak tested using a helium mass spectrometer with a sensitivity of 2 x 10-10 std. cc/sec. 7. Viton seals 8. Electromagnetic or Electro-pneumatic operation 9. Solenoid valve (for electro-pneumatic) rated for 115 VAC, 60 Hz, single phase 10. Kurt Lesker SA0150PVQF, or Agilent VPI, or equivalent
