- ACC-WRN proposes to award a new single, 1-year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) requirements contract. Justification and Approval (J&A) 2017-103 for Other Than Full and Open Competition to include a brand name specification for Simplex Grinnell Fire Alarm Systems applies to this action. This action is for the replacement of the outdated existing fire alarm systems in numerous Watervliet Arsenal (WVA) buildings with a combination voice addressable mass notification system by Simplex Grinnell, and incidental related work. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
