- The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAB, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to L3 Telemetry & RF Products 9020 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA, 92123. The NAICS code is 334220 and its size standard is 1250 employees. The following items will be procured: MFT 1000 System CLIN Part Number Description Qty 0001 MFT 1000 Networked Multifunction Telemetry Unit with Internal PCIe Multifunction Telemetry Module 14 ea 0002 PNL-MFT Rack Mount or table top signal I/O panel 14 ea Anticipated award date is July 31, 2017. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received no later than 8:00 a.m., Central Time, 28 July 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
