- Cape Lookout NS: LES & SALLY Area SOLAR The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation the for the install complete off-grid photovoltaic system in area designated by Cape Lookout National Seashore Harkers Island, NC, 28531 at the Les & Sally Area. The NAICS code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and the size standard is $15 million AND NAICS code 22114 Solar Electric Power Generation; size standards in number of employees; 250. This solicitation will result in a contract with a period of performance September 1, 2017- December 1, 2017. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. Required Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to provide a turnkey system to operate in conjunction with Cape Lookout provided backup generator. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offers' are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
