- Sources are being sought for NSN 6605-01-497-3385 / 0069327477 / SPE4A6-17-R-0773 / Quantity: 37 each. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price. No Quantity Option. This is a non-critical item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. The item is sole source to KVH Industries (cage: 72197), P/N 02-0863-02. This is a non-commercial item. FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB: Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). A copy of the solicitation will be availablevia the DLAL BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
