HSCG52-17-Q-1SA599 - Request for Quotation DD1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitation documents will be issued. This announcement constitutes the request for quotation for the required items under RFQ HSCG52-17-Q-1SA599 (DD-1449 attached). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (19 JAN 2017). This solicitation is for 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413. The Small Business Administration size standard is 1250 employees. The United States Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod Contract Office intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for the items listed below. Item 01: MH60-Jayhawk Bridge Tool Set Kit: Specialty coated tools to remove, replace, and install Forward and Aft Main Transmission Interface components to minimize maintenance induced damage and to simplify procedures. Company to provide specialty tools that will allow for a safe removal and install for all of the following MH60-Jayhawk Components listed below: Left Tie Rod Right Tie Rod Forward Bellcrank Forward Bridge Lateral Bellcrank Aft Bellcrank Aft Bridge Item 02: Company to provide On Site Training Item 03: Freight Delivery Cost to Zip Code 02542, if applicable. Award Bases: Lowest Cost Technically Acceptable The FOB Destination for delivery is: U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod, Hanger 3181 Herbert Road, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542. Telephone quotes will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Companies quoting should include the following: (1) The solicitation RFQ number. (2) The name, address, telephone number, and point of contact for the offer. (3) Price, availability and any discount terms. We are a Tax Exempt Agency; please do not include Federal or State Taxes in the quoted price. (4) Company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. Vendor must be registered or agree to register with System for Award Management, www.sam.gov, formerly known as Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov before the award can be made. (5) If the offer is not submitted on the SF-1449 provided include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration; (6) All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
