- Statement of Work Electrical Panel Combo Synopsis/Solicitation Electrical Panel Upgrade The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Laboratory is located at 28 Tarzwell Dr. Narragansett, RI 02882. The NMFS Narragansett laboratory is upgrading electrical power distribution panels throughout their facility. The project requires using commercially available retrofit kits to replace all associated electrical interior assemblies and components within the existing recessed backing boxes (enclosures) with new properly rated components such as bus bars, neutral and grounding bars, circuit breakers to accommodate existing branch circuits, feeders and all necessary hardware including new flush mounted single hinge lockable panel covers.
