- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Services Office (DCSO) anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for a single award contract for the up to 60 month lease of Small-Format color reproduction equipment and Black & White reproduction equipment in support of DLA Document Service facilities located throughout Japan/Okinawa. The requirement will be for a total of 10 devices, delivery and installation, removal and disposal of existing equipment, maintenance and repairs, provision of consumable supplies (excluding paper), training on use of equipment, reports, network functionality, and network security. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The estimated solicitation issue date is on or after 1 August 2017. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 532420 with a size standard of $32.5 million and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) will be W074. The subsequent solicitation will be posted electronically on FedBizOpps (FBO) (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation evaluation method will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The evaluation criteria will be as follows: Price, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DCSO. All correspondence in conjunction with this notice should be directed to the Government points of contact listed in this synopsis.
